Ladies just got my results back

So went for ultrasound for suspected endo and pcos my doc says I have a large cyst on my left ovary and another thing filled with blood beside it ready to pop, they want to send me for an MRI to get a better look, I'm so scared they've found something else, why would they be sending me for MRI if they know it's a cyst, and I really don't want an operation! I'm so scared of getting put to sleep and never waking back up. The doctor told me to hold off on getting pregnant as I won't be able to handle it. Great news you want to hear when you've been trying for so long that's he reason you went for help in the first place! I'm so annoyed and scared!
