Pregnancy Pillow?

I made it through my first pregnancy without it, but this time my back is already hurting and I'm more achy. I'm sure a 28lb toddler may be contributing to this, but I'm thinking about getting a pregnancy pillow to see if that helps. I haven't been sleeping as well so thought it might be worth a shot. What do y'all recommend? I was thinking about the mini snoogle. It's a little cheaper than the full body and I have a super nice regular pillow. I get headaches without it so I don't need it for under my head. Just stomach, legs, back area.
