Do they know you're pregnant?

I would just try to be as age-appropriately Frank and honest with them as you can be. My daughter is almost 4 and she knew I was pregnant as well - we just had to explain to her that the baby stopped growing and we will have to wait longer for our baby. It was awful and she still has a lot of questions but regardless of age, kids are resilient and empathetic and do well with honest answers in my experience.
