Can someone please explain to me what Ramzi is, I've seen it mentioned and never heard of it before

The Ramzi Theory is basically a prediction of what gender the baby may be. It's said that appearing at the ultrasound where the babies placenta is position can determine the sex. For example on a Transvaginal ultrasound if the baby placenta is on the left it's a girl, on the right it's a boy. But if you have an abdominal ultrasound,  the imaged is flipped. So if the baby placenta is on the right it's a girl, if it's on the left it's a boy.. and I think it must be done in the first trimester. But it's really just all fun and games to me. So with mines I am having a girl. In which I believe to be true because according to the old wives tale with the heart rate, I am having a girl too.
