What happens after maternity leave ends??

So I am just wondering what happens after maternity leave ends and you have no family support. Who watches your baby then? Thanks for your opinions in advance.

My son's been in daycare since he was 8 weeks old. Best thing for 'em if you ask me. He's learned how to be appropriately social and has made so many friends.

My husband and I both manage restaurants (different ones) so when I was going back to work we sat down and planned a roster each that suited our needs for babysitting and work requirements I.e we alternate working weekends because well it's taking the piss a little If the manager doesn't work weekend nights regularly! So basically our girl goes to nursery two days a week and the rest of the time we tag team it. It's hard because we get one full day off together a week as a family. Then a couple of evenings and  mornings off together on other days and one day a fortnight we send our girl to nursery and have a date day just the two of us. It's not perfect and if we could afford to gave me stay at home (particularly now that we are pregnant again) we would but we can't. We live in a different country to where we were born and grew up so there's no family for us here to watch her. Though we do have some good friends who do it occasionally when we need.
