So I've read you can eat cold lunch meat when pregnant. This is killing me subway and jimmy johns are my fast food choice. I decided to give up most fast food places to try and be healthier a year or so ago. Now that I can't eat them I'm going nuts. My other friend who were just pregnant are giving me different answers. One said she ate it all the time the other said she won't touch it. How hard is it to actually harm the baby by eating deli meat?
