I had an ultra sound today and I'm ovulating I've got a 23mm follicle. I took the trigger shot and I'm going to be inseminated tomorrow. My DH and I froze semen samples but the nurse asked for a fresh sample that they would collect 1 1/2- 2 hours before the insemination. I mentioned that we already froze semen but she said the doctor like the fresher sample and they will only use the frozen one if they have to. Has anyone else had this happen? It's costing me $250 every time we give samples and this will be the 4th time this month. ($1,000)! should I insist on using what we have?? I'm so confused and I don't want to mess this up
