I am 5 weeks pregnant and I have been feeling a full, almost burning sensation in my low pelvic region. I notice it most when I have to pee but it is pretty much constant. I am very nervous about this pregnancy and just want to make sure everything is ok. My first doctors visit isn't until 2/18 so thought I would ask the groups opinion. I have also been really dizzy. Is it normal ntonhave symptoms at 5 weeks???
