My parents helped us a little financially so they had to know. My co workers know since I've had to take so much time off but other than one or two really close friends were not telling anyone else

We told a lot of family and friends and I don't regret telling them. We get a lot of love and support and I have lots of people to talk to if I need it.

But on the same note, I wouldn't break down and cry if it failed and someone asked about it.. It really a personal thing.. If your not confer able telling people don't because it might put more pressure on you.
