ill in the uk

So we are ttc after a mc in August. Today I've became so ill and can't move out of bed. My throat is nearly closed up and my body is agony. I went to gp on Friday who says it's just the cold. I can tell u now its tonsillitis or something along those lines. I'll go back to gp on Monday. What can I take for the pain? (Know there's a chance I'm pregnant, af due 9/2) I've been taking paracetamols but that does nothing to help 😭
