(Pic alert!) 10 dpo, tender breasts and light pink cm. Could this be a prg sign?

Today is 10 dpo for me. DH and I had excellent timing, breasts became sore 2 days ago and have persisted. Today I noticed a good amount of pink cm in my undies (pictured, sorry for tmi) I need opinions, it seems as though these may be early signs. Been ttc 1 yr.
