Last night I was having some small cramps and dull back pain then some watery discharge with some small white bits in it not sure what it was. A few weeks ago I had what looked like part of my mucus plug come out and it really freaked me out but my mother in law reassured me everything was fine. I'm not so sure right now. Since I have got up I have been nauseous and some period like cramps but off and on gets worse but I'm not sure if it's normal or not. I will be 23 weeks on Monday.   Anyone know what's going on or experienced it also?
