All you can eat lobster

I'm 4 weeks pregnant today and supposed to go to all you can eat lobster with my family on Saturday. I haven't told everyone yet because it's so early, so if I can't have it, idk what I would say! But is it safe to go to all you can eat lobster?? Or is that off limits?
