Braxton Hicks Already?

Question

I'm only 20+4 and two days ago, I'm pretty sure I was having Braxton hicks. It stopped when I drank some water.
Now I'm having incredible amounts of back pain and my lower abdomen has a lot of pain. No bleeding, and baby is moving; but is this normal?

I started Braxton Hicks at around 21 weeks. My doc said that some women just feel them earlier than normal, and the only real concern is when they become painful and/or start to come ever few minutes. 
She said if I have more than 5 in one hour, to call them.

Oh I forgot to put how far along I am. Currently 22 +3 days due june 1st

Such a good post, I try to avoid walking too fast (walking normal) to avoid some BH. It's hard not to walk quicker since we live in Nyc, we just naturally walk faster. But I definitely feel them this time MUCH sooner.
