Sternum/chest pain

Just started having pain on my sternum (middle of my chest between my boobs)when getting up from a chair or sneezing? Is this even pregnancy related?? It's not my gallbladder cause I had gallstones before and it's not the same pain and not heartburn related, only when I use that muscle or area.I had a bad car accident 3 weeks ago don't know if it's that but y would it be hurting after all this time. Anyone had this during pregnancy
