So I've been ttc for 2 months. I have taken quite a few tests due to no AF and all have been negative. I get so upset when I don't get my second line😔. But this week I had a dream I took a test and it was positive. so when I woke up I tested and nothing!😠 I'm just wondering maybe my dream is a sign it could be soon 👀 what are your thoughts?
