is any1 else using an ecig while pregnant? and has any1 used one throughout pregnancy and got a healthy baby?? been using ecis for a year temo and 9 weeks pregnant! worried now as i dont want to harm my baby!!! xx

The nicotine is the only chemical you have to worry about (if the ecig liquid is made in the USA) nicotine has a harmful effect on your fetus in much the same way caffeine does.  Despite what some people say, they are NOT even close to as harmful as cigarettes.  If you are using a very low nicotine level (let's say 3 or 6 mg per bottle) then you are probably fine, but none is better than some with most things like that.  If you get really stressed out by not having it, the stress can do more harm than the nicotine.  If you're cigs are made in China, there could also be all kinds of bad chemicals in there.  I hope this helps!  (I have done a lot of research on this subject).  This is what numerous doctors have told me, ones that did research themselves.

I've heard that they are just as harmful as regular cigarettes, and you can even get 2nd hand smoke from them. I would quit if I were you. It's only 9 months. It's best for the baby :) good luck with your pregnancy ❤

I've heard that ecigs are even worse than normal cigs during pregnancy. Either way, I wouldn't test it.

Im using one, its not having any harmful effects. When you smoke you deny the baby oxygen but that's not happening for me, my son is big and healthy and my placenta is.normal and strong.

The nicotine is still.bad and there are other chemicals in ecigs but in comparison its not a bad step.
