Get nauseous , and crazy chills right before having to go poop ? I'm 32 weeks .

I've had this issue off and on during the whole pregnancy! I have no idea what causes it.. It's so uncomfortable. But it always gets better after I go.

Sometimes I get like that but most of the time I can't even poop at all.

Anyone else ?
