Diva cup !!

I bleed so heavy on my periods and also I'm a vegetarian ! My periods are just so heavy and I was on birth control to help them but I suffer from seizures so I had to stop taking my birth control . I was looking into the diva cup bc on the first couple days I have to constantly change tampons and pads bc I have to use both so I won't make a mess . But idk how I feel about having a diva cup inside me for hours at a time but it's so much blood and blood clots . But does anyone use the diva cup and if so how was it ?
