Last name change
I am so confused so this is my question when my son was was born in 2013 when signing the birth certificate I filled the last name mine and my boyfriend back then (husband now ) I put one of my husbands last name he has two so I realized that I filled the paperwork wrong I registered my son as Bryan d Lopez bueno
But my husbands first last name is Rodriguez I noticed it was wrong when we got married they told us my name was changing as to Rodriguez so I'm prego again and I don't know if I should register my baby as to Lopez just to keep it the same as to my 3 yr old or to change it to Rodriguez they're the same baby daddy but I did the birth certificate wrong I don't know what to do I know I have to change his last name to the correct one but I don't know the process and how long it will take I am due in March
