Thoughts on a baby shower for baby #2?

This is baby number two for us, and it's another little girl 🎀🎀

Some friend s have thrown around just going to lunch or something, but wondering what folks usually do for the second one? Anything?

We are having a shower for our second. I feel every baby is a blessing and deserves to be celebrated with a shower

My 1st and 2nd will be nearly 7 years apart and my 1st was a girl, 2nd is a boy..shower is a must!

I'm personally not having a shower, but I am having a "sip and see" once my second daughter arrives! Every baby should be celebrated some way!

My friends surprised me with a Sprinkle next weekend.   It's a brunch and really just an excuse to get together and celebrate new baby.  I don't think presents are involved since we are having another little girl.  A friend also had a sprinkle thrown and they did a brunch and everyone brought a book with a message for the new baby instead of presents.
