Prolonged Period

Let me jus start by saying this is my 3rd period this month 😐 early this month was my normal cycle then I took a Plan B & a couple days later I bled for 3 days den 2 weeks later I took another Plan B & just like last time , a couple days later I started bleeding again BUT i haven't stopped , this makes 9 days of bleeding . It's mostly brown but sometimes it turned bright red but it's never heavy & it ends but Comes bac an hour or so later . What could it be ?
