Gliding ottoman? FTM here.

Question

I'm a FTM and I'm wondering if I should get a glider chair with a matching gliding ottoman or just the chair. I'm short (5'2) so I'm not sure if my feel will touch the ground. If not, I can get a stationary ottoman, but I'm wondering about getting one that glides.

If your feet don't reach the ground, would it be hard to make the glider rock with a moving ottoman? I've never sat in one but definitely something to think about!

We have a stationary ottoman with storage in it instead of a gliding one. Some gliders come with ottomans that match though! I think it comes down to personal preference. You'll want something to put your feet on but it doesn't have to be a gliding one.
