What can I do for headaches?

I am 4 w1d I have been getting terrible headaches. Not saying I want to take anything, but is there any natural ways to alleviate them?

I had the same thing at week 4 while my body adjusted to hormone changes. I dealt with it without medication, just by telling myself this is normal and drinking extra water. It will pass, stay strong momma! Just take it as a sign of a precious seed growing inside!

You can get some essential oils for head aches. I have gotten terrible migraines in the past and those help me more than medicine. I would suggest peppermint oil. You can put it on your temples and back of your neck and then on your wrists just so you can smell it from there. Doterra also makes a blend especially for headaches called past tense. I would recommend just getting them on Amazon. Doterra is a good trustworthy brand when it comes to oils too! :) good luck!
