What do I do?!

I've been off the pill since January 4. For some ODD reason, I never got my withdrawal bleed (very odd for me), I was supposed to start my period Friday, I took 5 pregnancy tests, all came back with a faint positive, but my blood hCG was negative! What the hell is going on with my body?!?! My OB said on Tuesday if I still go without my period for the week, then they'll retest. It's not like me to go without my period or withdrawal bleed! HELP!!!!
