Could I be pregnant? Or am I just worrying?

Right so for the last week, I've been urinating loads but normal amount I know I don't have a UTI. I had unprotected sex with my partner he didn't cum inside me but we had sex unprotected and he pulled out, I was at my highest 33%. My stomach has been bloated and not bloated for the last week constantly changing, my breast are super sore to touch and I've had chronic back ache... I'm not sure if I'm pregnant or if I'm just over reacting and this is all normal, but I'm urinating a lot more frequently than I normally would, need some advice from you lovely ladies! Any advice is welcome, good & bad!!
