Please help

So my period was weird this month it was 29 days late and the period lasted 10 days the first 6 days it was a pretty normal amount of blood but the other four it was just brown when I whipped after peeing and a little on the pad. It was finally gone last night so my bf and I tried to have sex but it was a bit painful and we just thought it was because we didn't have sex for atleast two weeks so we still went at it but the pain got worse so we stopped and the pain still got really bad to the point I was crying (I have a high pain tolerantly) I also kinda felt like peeing/pooping I was shakey and thought I was going to throw up every time I moved it felt like I was legit being stabed it wasn't like period cramps either I also couldn't really describe where the pain was like I felt it in my asshole, stomach, vagina, and just that whole area. I thought about going to the hospital I also thought I could be having a miscarriage or something because my bf and I just pull out so pregnatce is alway a possibility but I don't have insurance so I was trying to just deal with the pain I ended up getting in a position where it wasn't horribly painful and fell asleep I wok up and my vagina felt like a bruise like when I get fucked to hard and coughing was horrible I still had a few cramps threw the day but not as bad as last night and when I got home today I noticed my nipples hurt when I touch them ( bf didn't touch my nipples the night before ) I just want to know wtf happens I don't wanna go to the hospital because I don't have insurance but it I'm gunna die or something I kinda wanna know and just deal with the bill I also can't poop when I try it's just little peples of poo it this has happens to you or anything please help I would love to know what to do
