Aching hips?

Has anybody else been experiencing some aching hips? It's uncomfortable to sit anywhere sometimes... And I'm sure there's not much to help it

I've gone to a chiropractor and prenatal yoga, nothing has helped, but I'm going to keep going, eventually it has to help the pain hopefully

Yes i experience it. Very uncomfy at times esp when getting up from sitting

Yes, but mostly from sleeping on my side. Not found any position that helps yet though

When I'm dying, ok, maybe not dying but aching really bad. I find it to help to take a short fast walk, just to get everything going. 
I'm not saying I can speed right ahead but slow and steady and work up to nice speed. And then take a nice warm shower.

Oh Yessss, today it's my left hip down to my thigh. I'm not used to sleeping on my side so I tend to wake up sore or in pain lately

Mine only ache a lot if I don't keep a body pillow between my legs when I sleep, if I do this every night I have a way better time lol
