TMI-image "mucus plug??"

Question

Could this be part of my mucus plug trying to come out.... Its only a little bit,  which came out when I used the restroom this morning.  I'm currently only 30 weeks 1 day.  However, I'm pregnant with a gastro baby and they do tend to come earlier.  Just looking for help.  Thanks.

Yup, but that's a small piece. It's way bigger than you could imagine. Don't stress it. No big deal

Yes it is a little piece of it dont worry it regenerates and even at that some people lose it and still go to full term i lost alot of mine at 31 weeks im now im 33 weeks and still no sign of labor comming anytime soon

Thanks for the comments. I had a specialist appointment this morning I told them about it and they put me on the monitor for a little while to track his movement and heartbeat,  they said it didn't seem like I was contracting. They also checked my cervix to see if I was dilated.  My cervix is still hard,  but I'm Dilated the size of a fingertip.
