I've been in and out if the ER with cramping and bleeding. Two days ago when I went to the ER I had an ultrasound done and saw my little bean and saw a heartbeat. They sent me home and told me to be on pelvic rest. But the bleeding and cramping became worse. I went in again yesterday they did an ultrasound and found nothing. No heartbeat and not even my baby was in there anymore. My womb was completely empty. I was 6 weeks and it's my first miscarriage. I'm falling apart, I can't stop crying and I just don't know how to deal with this. Everyone tells me we can just try again but I'm afraid of having another miscarriage. Any advice?
