Ovulation help

Hi everyone I wonder if you could help or offer your experience! I'm on my second cycle I got pregnant on my first and unfortunately ended in very early miscarriage at 5 weeks. I'm in my fertile week now and got a positive ovulation test today and also yesterday, but today especially I've had mild period type pains like quite sharp and a heavy sensation with a little back ache. Is this normal for ovulation? I've had an Iud for 2 years so I'm not used to my cycle! Thanks for your help in advance xx
