Adopting twins, any tips?

I am 25 and single, I am adopting identical twins from a younger family member, she has 3 children already and doesn't find it fair to bring twins into this world when she is already struggling with 3 children under 6 years old. I am seeking any advice and helpful hints from biological and adoptive parents of twins :) thank you!!

Im a mother of twins that just turned 7 my tip is be savvy with ur money dont spend money on extra things you wont need two of for instance you can get pack and plays that are mad with twin bassinets in the top instead of two separate ones  buy the booster type high chairs with trays instead of two regular ones u only need one bouncer and one swing instead of two of each cuz they can't use four at once anyway one it the bouncer one in the swinf etc buy diapers in bulk diapers.com is awesome and ships right to ur door wic will help for formula if u qualify which u should their income guidelines are pretty high a double stroller will be a life saver as well i recommend the front and back instead of side by side they are easier to get in and out of stores etc buy infant seats that are the same brand and style but different patterns so u can interchange bases but still know which car seat belongs to which baby this is an awesome tip when u have identical twins but one is longer or heavier than the other so u dont have to worry about reassuring straps ect every time u put them in the seats most twins prefer to sleep in the same crib at birth and u can usually he away with it until they start rolling over around 4-6months I also suggest getting mini cribs or portable cribs they are smaller than a regular size crib but still big enough they can easily use them until 2yrs or so of age as for a diaper bag I like the larger ones that have the clips so u can attach it to a stroller or shopping cart etc invest in a baby Kuerig they are awesome they measure and warm the water and mix the formula all in one saves a lot of time on warming bottles up at night etc i would also suggest a baby bullet when they start baby food making ur own baby food is fairly simple and u can make 4x as much out of a bag of fresh fruit or vegetables than paying almost a $1 a jar for a 1oz jar in store etx their are lots more tips I can give but these are the main ones

This is awesome! Congratulations! How much time do you have to prepare? Best advice is be ready for anything lol twins are a joy. Try to implement a routine as soon as possible and things will get easier

I also read you can use a small crock pot with water and let it stay on. Place your bottles in there for warming. Have a shower you too. That will help out with diapers. I had a diaper raffle. Turned out great.

Wow first, you're amazing.  Second, I'm only pregnant with twins so don't have a lot of "real life" experience yet, but am already doing a lot of research.  Twiniversiry.com seems like a really great site and community.  There's definitely adoptive moms in there as well.  Also EVERYTHING I've read says find a community that can be your village to help. And accept help from anyone that offers.
