Very frustrating first week with baby

So, first off, my labor and delivery did not go as planned. My baby was born via emergency c-section last Saturday, the 23rd. I had a chorio infection, fever, and maternal exhaustion. I had to do a 24 hour round of IV antibiotics afterward. When they took me off my IV, my fever spiked again so I had to do yet another round of them. Came home after 4 days in the hospital and started to get nauseas. I thought it was just a symptom of my meds or surgery or something. The last two days it got worse and I was vomiting. I hadn't eaten anything in 24 hours and I was still puking, couldn't even keep water down. So last night I went to the ER, I have a UTI. I just hope this gets better after antibiotics because I want to bond with my baby...
