​I got a UTI a few days ago and I really really didn't want to have to take antibiotics so I franks TONS of water, took cranberry capsules and D-Mannose as well. My symptoms mostly went away by the end of the day! I kept drinking lots of water the next day and still taking cranberry and d-mannose but last night I woke up in so much pain in my lower back right side. Like probably where my kidney is. I took my temp and never got a fever so I didn't think it could be a kidney infection. My question is, has anyone had that kind of pain before and do you think it's just a symptom of my UTI?
