I would take another test to be safe, it almost looks like too much urine was used. A lot of times peeling in a cup and dipping is easier

This test looks very old and yellowed. They will develop lines after a while and are not positive. You should only read the test within the ten minute time frame and then throw them away so you don't give yourself false hope. Wait a couple days and retest and only read within the time frame.
