Tomorrows my birthday and I will be taking a pregnancy test too. Hoping to get the best news/gift ever. Friday when I used the bathroom there was little bit of blood. But after that nothing since then. Plus my period isn't due till the 5th and is never a week early. I am hoping it was sign of implantation. We have been trying for 4yrs now and had one ectopic last April. So fingers crossed and praying this is it❤️🙏
