Shoul I tell him???

I'm in a lovely relationship with my current boyfriend since 7 month. I really love him and I enjoy every minute we spend together but I already thought about breaking up with him because he takes drugs and this topic always makes us argue etc and I've already lost my best friend because of drugs but my boyfriend doesn't care about how sad I am about this topic. 
Today I met a good friend of mine (I really like him, I guess he would be a perfect boyfriend), he kissed me and he also wanted to have sex with me. But I stopped because I have a boyfriend and I love him but sometimes I feel really destroyed because he's taking drugs.
My question is: Should I tell him that my friend kissed me?

You need to decide what's right for you. If you aren't happy with your boyfriends life choices and he isn't willing to change them then it seems like this is a deal breaker for you. 
Don't go for this other guy if you think it's because you're comparing him to your current boyfriend. Deal with one problem at a time. Decide on what you want to do with your boyfriend, allow time for that to digest and then see where you stand with this other guy. Take your time, go with your gut instinct and concentrate on yourself.

I would get out of that relationship its unhealthy his drug addiction will kill you. (Not literly)
Grew up with alcoholic father I know what Im talking about. It will consume him. My father is currently in jail for 10years. Due to things he did while on drugs.

Well that depends on whether you think your boyfriend will leave you afterwards. It can either make matters bad or make him want to improve on the current situation

My now fiancé was very bad on drugs when he and I first started dating, I had never done drugs but I had grown up with an addict parent and my brother had gone to jail for drugs so I had hard feelings about the matter. I told him that I wish he would stop, but that he was a grown man and had to make his own decisions. Last November he told me he was going to get clean- he's been clean ever since. And I love him more than I ever thought possible for it. Stick in there, sometimes it takes being honest and making sure he knows you'll be there for him through the withdraws. If that's the only thing giving you doubt then I say stick it out if he's worth it.
