Is it better to have sex the day before you ovulate, or the day after?

Day before. If you do the day after you have higher odds of missing it. Sperm stays for days. The egg only stays for 24 hours.

My OB says you need to have sex every day 5 days before until the day ovulation begins. Sperm live for about five days and are there ready to roll the second you ovulate!
