Pineapples induce labor????

Have any of u ladies heard about eating pineapples can bring on labor??? Do tell other healthy natrual remedies, im ready to have this baby before sunday lol

I think I order to get enough bromelain to soften your cervix enough to trigger labor, you would need to eat 10-12 whole, fresh pineapples. At one time. Good luck with that!

Yes, fresh pineapple, basil, licorice root, spicy food(old wives tale), balsamic too. Also raspberry leaf tea to help tone the uterus. I've just began drinking this myself. 👌🏼

I've read this one, however I've also read that apparently you have to eat loadssssss of it for it to work. I still went out and bought some today anyway haha!! Also lots of people have said sex as sperm softens the cervix, tried this last night and still no signs yet hahaha!!

Sex! Orgasms are natural contractions so have a lot of sex :) plus oxytocin is the same hormone produced when in labor, the love hormone 💕
