40 weeks and have to go to work.

I'm 40 weeks tomorrow and I have to go back to work after being on vacation since the 20th of Jan. I thought for sure my lil man would be here by now but he's not!! I'm having no contractions or anything. I'm actually kinda worried that my body won't handle it. I work in a factory where I have to stand for 8 hours and bend or lean on my belly. What do you guys think?
