Ok, so strange question here...

Last night while getting ready for bed, i noticed my left hand between my thumb and my pointer finger started cramping and tensing pretty bad. (Almost like i had been giving a hand job way too long 😉) but it was in my left hand and im a righty. So inchalked it up to maybe too much on the phone/tablet.

This morning when i woke up, i had that same cramping in the arch of my foot, my ankle and top of my calf along with my hand and elbow. And all on my left side!

Im only just over 6 weeks so i dont think it has to do with baby pressure.

Any idea what this could be??

I drink plenty of water, i get plenty of rest , i stay off my feet and i eat whatever i can hold down.
