This is our first baby and we plan on having 2 showers. One for my side which will be a larger shower at a hall, and one at our house for his side with just close friends and family. The first will be the one at the house. Only inviting 6 couples and so probably around 20 people if they bring their kids which kids are totally welcome! My other shower is women only and my aunt and uncle are throwing it for me. My aunt gave me a list of people she feels I need to invite.. Makes me feel like it's less of my shower! I get it you're throwing it and maybe I'm just hormonal but who knows! I'm also terrible at being the center of attention and will probably want my friends attached to me at the hips. Any advice? I have so much anxiety over this!
