Where to begin?

My wife and me have been married for a year and we are both ready to start the process to see if we can get pregnant, however I don't know where to start! Any advice?

Do you want a third (and or forth) parent and do co-parenting with this/these additional people or standard two parents?  Do you want a donor you can know during childhood for the person you make, knowable from when the child is eighteen or anonymous?

Figure what method you want to use to get pregnant. For example: at home or with a doc doing IUI.
