Stuffed sinuses

I've already caved in with gravol and Tylenol I don't want to cave in for sinus or medication, I can hardly breath threw my nose and I'm constantly sneezing, I know some pregnancies you get a really itchy nose I got that symptom for sure..anything that's help for my sinuses that's not medicine??
