Need Prayers!

Just got back from the doctor after having a positive pregnancy test before and now during what I think is my period... Had a pregnancy test there to make sure I wasn't crazy lol and it was POSITIVE! They sent me for blood work and a Rhogan work up bc of my blood type! If my numbers are above 25 I'm going to have bloodwork again it 2-3 days. If my numbers have gone up I have a progressing pregnancy if they have gone down I had a early term miscarriage. Please send some prayers our way we could use them! This is our first conception and I'm very confused, scared and worried! Thank you in advance!
