Dr. or midwife?

Not sure yet if I'm pregnant or not, but weighing out my options either way. 
Did you decide on a doctor or a midwife for your primary care throughout your pregnancy, and were you happy or unhappy with your decision?

My mom had a midwife with me and really enjoyed her experience.

I will be using an OB because I have known them a long time and really enjoy the care I receive.

My first we had an OB and switched because I wanted actual personal care. My OB appointments were rushed and maybe five minutes and they immediately dismissed my desire for a natural birth. My midwife appointment are at least half an hour, and they just understand normal birth and the birth process so much better. I was much more at ease.

Midwives for mine but I have a very low risk, easy pregnancy. I am using the midwives and their birthing center for my delivery too, but it is only 3 blocks from the hospital should anything go haywire. Not against drs, just don't need to be clogging up the hospital unnecessarily for people who actually DO need them.
