Brown discharge with rainbow baby

I'm around 5 weeks along with what I pray is my rainbow baby. I had my second miscarriage in October at 10 weeks that began with light brown discharge that gradually became heavier and red. No cramps until the process of everything passing began. I got my BFP last week and had some mild but noticeable cramps yesterday that lasted a few hours but eventually went away. Today I noticed some very light brown discharge when I wipe after using the bathroom. Still having intermittent, but mild cramps. My first appointment isn't until 2/18. I'm so scared I'm headed down the same devastating path again. Anyone experience this and have it turn out to be normal?
