Freckles ?

So this is strange but I was just wondering if anyone else finds weird things when their pregnant. So this is my second pregnancy. With my first I noticed 4 new freckles on my body. Then a specific one on my foot disappeared a year after my daughter's birth. And with this pregnancy I have a noticeable new one on my belly. Has anyone else had weird stuff pop up abd then go away after pregnancy?
