IVF and lifting
Hi ladies,
About to do first IVF cycle after three failed iuis.
I have read a few things saying no lifting afterwards.
I'm not planning on strenuous exercise but I'm a paramedic and have to lift our equipment and people (usually overweight!).
What are your thoughts? 😊
