Visiting Texas & Zika
Does anyone know when mosquito season starts in Texas? I'm supposed to visit Austin in mid-February. I've read everything I can find on Zika. I know there haven't been any cases of mosquito-borne Zika in Texas *yet*, but I'm trying to assess my risk for travel.
It seems likely that Zika will reach Florida, especially as the weather warms. But what about Texas? The same kind of mosquito breeds there.
Anyone have more information?
